Triptych Organic Study

I am a collector of things, we have ascertained that already. I also love playing with paper, that is most definitely an obvious. For many of my pieces I have rolled paper into tubes and last year I was volunteering at a function that involved kids so I decided to help them create some maracas with recycled Keurig coffee cups, beans and sticks. A friend of mine prepared a bucketful of tree sticks she found in her back yard for this event and those that weren't used came home with me. They are too beautiful to throw, so I added them to my collection of viable objects for my work. Two months ago, another friend gave me a tote full of cut dowels and there is where this triptych came to be. A study of vertical lines with the complementary circle to play with.
